Assalamualaikum. Duk google mencari resepi kek, terjumpa resepi ni. Aku teruja melihat teknik buat cupcake ni. Unik bagiku yang sentiasa dalam proses belajar memasak ni. Tapi biasalah bahan2 rumah ni tak pernahnya nak cukup. Nak ke kedai, mak aiii jauh bebenor. Sejam lebih baru sampai. So aku buat ape yang ada sajalah. Kalau tengok resepinya di averagebetty banyak lagi kena buat. Tapi walaupun aku tak buat habis, resepi cupcake ni memang sedap. Atau boleh kukatakan muffin. Banyak kali dah aku buat, disajikan petang2 masa hubby balik kerja. Makan panas2 memang sedap.
CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
Ingredients for Chocolate Cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
3 1/2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Make the cupcakes.
1. Preheat oven to 350(F). Melt chocolate in microwave carefully.
2. In an electric mixer cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
3. Add eggs and combine thoroughly.
4. Add melted chocolate and vanilla and combine thoroughly.
5. Add flour, salt and baking soda and combine thoroughly.
6. Add buttermilk slowly and combine thoroughly until smooth.
7. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
8. Cool the cupcakes in the tins for 10 minutes.
9. Remove from the tins and cool completely on a wire rack before filling and icing.
::Kalau takde buttermilk, campur 1/2 cawan susu segar plus 1 sb cuka. Biarkan 5 min sebelum digunakan
