Assalamualaikum. Amacam? Ada yang terkesan hasil dari isu kenaikan gula? Rasanya ia terpulang kepada individu. Sekalipun harga gula naik, kalau tekak memang jenis sukakan yang manis2 tetap kena beli juga. Lain la kalau jenis suka minum air masak, gula naik melambung pun, langsung takde kesan.
Aku tak peduli sangat kott..Sebab rumah ni ada air manis, hubby je suka minum. Sebab bila balik kerja dia nak 'air sedap' bukan air kosong. Aku ni kadang2 je kalau rasa nak minum baru buat. Kalau tak, minum air mineral atau air masak je. Kalau malas buat minum vitagen je, itupun aku rasa manisnya ya ampunn walaupun yang 'less sugar'.
Yang sukakan ikan goreng, bolehlah cuba sos ni. Mel kurangkan sedikit kuantiti bawang putih. Itupun rasa kuat masa makan. Rasanya pedas menyengat dan semestinya sedap. Ikannya memang garing dan yang tepi2, kulitnya sedap. Ratah je. Punyalah lama mencari daun salam ni akhirnya ketemu itu hari. Seronok sangat makan ikan ni bersama ulam2an. Sos ni sedap juga dimakan bersama ikan masin.
Fried fish with garlic sauce
Makes 2-4 servings

Ingredients:
400 g fish fillet (or whole fish) - mel guna ikan siakap
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp tapioca starch
1 onion, roughly chopped
6 garlic, minced - mel guna 4 ulas
10 chilies, seeds removed and coarsely ground
100 g water
2 tbsp sugar
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp fish sauce
20 g basil leaves - ganti daun ketumbar
2 tbsp oil, and more for deep-frying fish
Directions:
1. Clean fish thoroughly with cold water. Sprinkle some salt and lightly rub all parts of fish.
2. Sprinkle tapioca starch and distribute the flour evenly.
3. Fry on hot oil till crunchy, about 6 minutes each side. Remove from oil, set aside.
4. Heat some oil in a wok over high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook quickly till fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Add chilies. Stir-fry quickly for a minute.
6. Combine water, lime juice and sugar. Lower heat and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Season with fish sauce.
8. Toss in basil leaves and remove from heat. (mel kisar adunan sos dan masak kembali sebelum hidang)
9. Serve with fried fish

Mel..kalau gula je yg naik harga mmg xterasa, tp bila gula naik dia jd chain reaction barang2 lain pon naik juga.. byk makann yg letak gula, ai nk tgk bila sos cili sos tomato kicap semua tu naik harga pulak, semua produce involve sugar tuh...

lupa pula soal rantaian tu..hari tu beli teh tarik RM2. Sekarang mungkin RM2.50 kot..pasni kena bawa air masak je dari rumah..saborr jela
