Assalamualaikum. Katakan apa saja mengenai hidangan thai semua aku suka. Cuma belum berpeluang nak ke thai je lagi. Aku memang selalu rujuk web thai ni, banyak juga hidangan yang menarik. Resepi dah ada, banyak pula tu cuma sempat ke tak sempat je nak cuba.
Memandangkan hubby tak pulang lunch so aku masak simple saja. Siakap ni dah siap potong, jadi ku goreng saja. Goreng garing2 dan dimakan panas2. Ditambah dengan sos ni, mak aiiii, bertambah nasi aku. Confirm aku buat lagi.. Sedap betul. Suka betul aku dengan sosnya.. Memang tak rugi cuba.. Gambar aku mungkin tak jelas, boleh rujuk link ya untuk gambar sebenar..
Resepi: Thai
Thai Style Crispy Fish Recipe
Ingredients :
(I)
• 1 siakap fish, about 600g
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Dash of corn flour
• 2 cups oil for deep-frying
• 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced
(II) SAUCE (MIXED):
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon lime juice
• 3 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 red chilli, shredded
• 2 onions, shredded
• 3 chilli padi, chopped
• 1 stalk coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 siakap fish, about 600g
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Dash of corn flour
• 2 cups oil for deep-frying
• 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced
(II) SAUCE (MIXED):
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon lime juice
• 3 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 red chilli, shredded
• 2 onions, shredded
• 3 chilli padi, chopped
• 1 stalk coriander leaves, chopped
Method : |
1) Wash the fish, drain and rub with salt. 2) Coat with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Dish and drain. 3) Line sliced cucumber onto a serving platter and put fried fish on top. 4) Pour sauce (II) over the fish and serve. 5) The cooking will take roughly 15 minutes. |
Tips : |
The spicy onion pickle can be also served with prawn fritters or fried chicken. |
